RACE at the 5th Teaming Club Conference in Riga

On 23–25 September 2026, Prof. Marta Miączyńska, RACE Coordinator, and Prof. Gracjan Michlewski, leader of WP1, represented RACE at the 5th Teaming Club Conference in Riga, Latvia. The event was hosted by the Baltic Biomaterials Centre of Excellence.

The conference brought together representatives of Teaming Centres from across Europe, creating an opportunity to exchange experiences and build connections within the Teaming community. The programme combined discussions on topics relevant to the development of Centres of Excellence including sustainability, human resources, research funding, industry engagement and the future of the Widening programme with dedicated networking and matchmaking activities.

For the RACE team, the meeting was above all an opportunity to connect with other Teaming projects, exchange experiences and explore possibilities for future cooperation.
